missing dresserdaily towels
my stay had some drawbacks i cannot ignore. the room lacked a proper dresser and this meant clothes were stacked in the closet. my wife had to live out of her suitcase because of this poor design. towels were not replaced daily so i had to request for them at reception.

the staff was so helpful, upholding a high standard of service. the bed was AMAZING!!! so comfortable, and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. i found it amazing location for getting around, and the spa was also well equipped.
i wish there had been a bit more space to hang towels near the wellness area.

the staff upgraded my room on arrival which was a kind surprise. the room included a high-tech toilet i found to be very comfortable. i really appreciated the hotel preparing a breakfast package for my early tour.
the overnight parking had a separate fee i was not initially aware of. this detail would have been helpful to know at check-in to better prepare for my stay.
